EasyTeachy is in early access. This page explains in plain terms what we keep and why. A full policy reviewed by a lawyer will replace it before paid accounts open.
What we keep
Your name and email, your teacher page, your lesson types and prices, the lessons booked with you, package balances, and the messages you exchange with students in EasyTeachy.
What we never see
Lesson payments. Students pay teachers through the teacher's own payment links, so card numbers and bank details for lessons never reach us. Your EasyTeachy subscription is billed by a separate payment provider, which handles your card.
How we use it
Only to run the service: show your page, book lessons, send reminders, and update your Google Calendar if you connect it. We don't sell data or show ads.
Deleting your data
When a subscription ends we keep your data for 90 days so you can come back, then delete it.
If a translation differs from the English version, the English version is the one that applies.
